returns and exchanges.

As each item is hand- crafted and takes many hours to create, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Please contact us right away if an item is damaged or lost in shipping.

shipping.

We cannot guarantee ship time, as each piece is made- to- order by one pair of hands (mine!).

All items will be shipped only after payment is received.

Please contact us for rush orders; as they are situational and schedule dependent. A fee will be added for all rush orders, plus any extra shipping charges.

custom orders.

Please contact us if you have a special request, and we’ll see what we can do!  Price and shipping time will vary according to project. Additional charges will apply to all custom orders. Payment in full is required before any custom order is started.
